What is the PoshPush Styling Proposal?

PoshPush Styling Proposal is a personalized beauty styling service designed by Newnew Kim, former Visual & Art Team Director at SM Entertainment. We analyze your face, skin tone, and body type to recommend customized makeup, hair, and fashion. On your makeover day, we style you based on this proposal. For the best results, please bring outfits that match the suggested look.

What’s the difference between the Gangnam and Hongdae packages?

The Hongdae package is conducted at a professional styling team’s salon, while the Gangnam package takes place at a salon frequently used by actual Korean celebrities for hair and makeup styling.

What is a “PoshPush prescription”?

It’s a personalized beauty guide from Director Newnew Kim, including tips and a list of all cosmetics used during your session, helping you shop Korean beauty products yourself or via a proxy service.

Is it mandatory to submit a "before" photo prior to the service?

Yes, it is very important. Your "before" photo is essential for us to create your customized Styling Proposal. Based on this image, we tailor your recommended hair, makeup, and outfit styling.

What languages do PoshPush staff/managers speak?

English is always available.

Chinese and Japanese support may be available only for bookings of two or more people.

How long does the service take?

  • The Styling Proposal is delivered online and takes about 5–7 days to prepare.
  • On the day of the service, the makeover and photoshoot take about 2 to 3 hours, depending on pace and styling needs.

Does PoshPush provide clothing?

We do not provide clothing. However, we will suggest outfit options in your Styling Proposal. Please bring your own clothes based on the recommendations.

How many outfit changes are included?

The service includes one main outfit.

However, you may layer jackets or change accessories like sunglasses and hats for variety.

An additional outfit change requires an extra fee of $250 and adds 30 minutes to your session. This must be requested at the time of booking.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, one accompanying guest is allowed if they are not receiving the service.

Can we book group sessions?

Yes! Up to 3 people can book at the same time. For groups larger than this, please contact us in advance.

Is there an age limit for the service?

We welcome clients aged 5 years and older.

Can men use the service too?

Absolutely. In fact, about 35% of our clients are men, and the satisfaction rate is very high.

Can I get the makeover service after a dermatological procedure?

We recommend receiving styling before any dermatological procedure.

Makeup may not apply well to freshly treated skin. If necessary, wait 3–4 days after the procedure before booking your makeover.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

Kindly note: All of our services are operated under a prepaid, advance reservation system involving professional stylists and photographers. For this reason, we ask for your understanding regarding the following refund and reschedule policy.

  • You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled service date.
  • 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 2 days (48–72 hours) prior to the service.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
  • If a refund is processed, you will not be able to make a new reservation for 14 days from the refund date.
  • Rescheduling is only permitted up to 7 days before the service date. After that, no changes can be made.

Additional Terms & Conditions

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Approval of any reschedules, amendments, or refunds is subject to availability.
  • No refunds or reschedules will be issued if:a) Participants arrive late or do not show up at allfail to follow the rules or guidelines
  • No refunds will be issued if a participant is 15 minutes late or more.
