Cancellation and Refund Policy

All services operate on a prepaid, appointment-only basis involving professional stylists and photographers. The following policies apply:

  1. full refund is available if canceled at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the service date.
  2. 50% refund is available if canceled 2 days (48–72 hours) prior to the service.
  3. No refund is issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
  4. If a refund is processed, the client may not make a new reservation for 14 days from the refund date.
  5. Rescheduling is only permitted up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
  6. Reschedules or amendments are subject to availability and approval.
  7. No refunds or reschedules will be provided in the following cases:
  • The client is late by 15 minutes or more
  • The client fails to follow the rules or guidelines
  • The client does not show up without prior notice

    8. In case of extreme weather or unexpected circumstances, PoshPush reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, a full refund or new appointment will be offered.
