These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by PoshPush (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, or participating in our services, you (“you,” “the client,” or “participant”) agree to the following terms.
1. Overview of Services
PoshPush offers customized K-Beauty styling experiences, including personal styling proposals, makeup, hairstyling, interpretation assistance, and professional photoshoots. Services are tailored to international clients and may include add-on features such as shopping guides or product recommendations.
2. Booking and Payment
- All services require advance booking and full prepayment.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit cards, or affiliated partner platforms (e.g., Klook, Viator).
- Once payment is confirmed, styling preparation will begin.
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received. No tentative bookings are accepted.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All services operate on a prepaid, appointment-only basis involving professional stylists and photographers. The following policies apply:
- A full refund is available if canceled at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the service date.
- A 50% refund is available if canceled 2 days (48–72 hours) prior to the service.
- No refund is issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- If a refund is processed, the client may not make a new reservation for 14 days from the refund date.
- Rescheduling is only permitted up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Reschedules or amendments are subject to availability and approval.
- No refunds or reschedules will be provided in the following cases:

- The client is late by 15 minutes or more
- The client fails to follow the rules or guidelines
- The client does not show up without prior notice
8. In case of extreme weather or unexpected circumstances, PoshPush reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, a full refund or new appointment will be offered.

4. Time & Attendance
- Clients must arrive on time. All services are scheduled precisely with professional stylists and photographers.
- Clients who are 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for service or refund.
- Any delays may affect your allocated service time or final results.
5. Clothing and Styling Preparation
- PoshPush does not provide clothing or accessories. Clients must prepare one main outfit and may bring optional accessories (jackets, jewelry, etc.).
- Our art director will send a styling proposal in advance based on your photos and profile. Please prepare outfits accordingly.
- If a client arrives without a suitable outfit, PoshPush is not responsible for reduced photo quality or styling impact.
6. Photos, Video, and Publicity Usage
- Photos and videos taken during the session may be used by PoshPush for promotional purposes, with your consent.
- If you prefer to keep certain photos private, please inform us in advance.
- Commercial use of the photos by the client (e.g., for business, influencer content, publications) must be declared and approved.
- Commercial usage may incur additional fees, and failure to declare may result in legal liability or cancellation of services.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate personal information (e.g., face photos, hair condition, skin type, styling preferences).
- Clients are responsible for following PoshPush staff guidance and for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical issues in advance.
- External parties (photographers, stylists, videographers) are not allowed to accompany the client unless approved beforehand.
- Each reservation includes only one participant. A single companion is allowed but may be asked to wait outside the service area.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
- PoshPush is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the session.
- PoshPush is not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow staff instructions or from third-party incidents (e.g., taxi delays).
- In cases of unexpected circumstances (e.g., staff illness, salon closure), we will work to reschedule your service or provide a refund.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Eastern District Court.
